Our Luxury Villa is privately owned and is only minutes away from the Disney World Resort in Orlando which includes the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. Also within close proximity are the numerous attractions that has made Orlando, Florida the vacation capital of the world. World-class entertainment, dining and shopping are all within minutes from your doorstep, yet our villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood with an on-site championship golf course.

The villa is a large single story 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom. (1 KING bed, 2 QUEEN beds & 4 Twin Beds) luxury vacation villa, with high cathedral ceilings in the main living area. The bedrooms are designed to give comfortable & flexible accommodation for 10 people.

The large Family Room is open plan with high vaulted ceilings. The open plan area consists of Lounge, breakfast nook and kitchen with breakfast bar. The central feature in this area is the Large comfy Sofa Island facing the large flat screen TV. There are door's leading to all the sleeping areas, from this central family room and large sliding patio doors opening out to the covered lanai and swimming pool, that also features a safety fence, screened private and enlarged deck area.

The 5 bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people. There are 1 KING SIZE BED, 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDs, and 4 TWIN BEDS. All the bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Each room is beautifully finished with comfortable and relaxing styled furniture. All bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels are all provided for up to 10 guests. With this amount of fixtures and fittings that we offer you can see why our Davenport Luxury Villa is very good value for money, especially when you break it down by the number of guests our villa can accommodate.

The kitchen area has a breakfast and snack bar and is fully equipped, including a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, full size Cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room just off the kitchen has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer.

As an added featured we have equipped the garage as a games room with pool table and foosball table.

Outside at the rear is a covered porch and lanai area, with a ceiling fan overlooking your own private, screened, heated swimming pool with no rear facing neighbors.

This is not your typical Orlando, Florida golf course! Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Our villa can be reached very easily from both Orlando International Airport and Sanford International Airport. Simply follow the exit sign for 417 South and stay on 417 South until it merges with I-4 West. Then take exit 55 (old 23) and that will bring you onto US27. Once on US27, Highlands Reserve is located approx. 5 miles on the left hand side. The driving times from both airports vary, however Orlando International Airport is the closer of the two with an approx. 30 minute drive from door to door, whereas Sanford International Airport is approximately 60 minutes drive.
